They are ideal for someone who is in need of practicing self-care and self-love, in need of emotional release and healing, opening their heart or would like a deeper connection with the Universe to name but a few…there are so many wonderful benefits.

I invite you to join me for a gentle and guided introduction to a deeper connection with the wonderful plant medicine, Mama Cacao, inviting her into your heart and into your space through a sacred Cacao ceremony.

Following the Cacao ceremony you will receive either a Group Akashic Record Clearing or Group Hypnotherapy session.  These will alternate on a monthly basis and are advertised as per below.

These are small, intimate gatherings held at my home (GL20 8HT) so limited to maximum of 6 attendees.  You can Contact Rachel to request a booking form in order to secure your place.

Please do not confuse Cacao with hot chocolate, it is a super food that contains many amazing benefits for both physical, emotional and mental health and wellbeing.  It can be quite bitter in taste but is full of goodness.  There are optional natural sweeteners should you wish.

Cacao Ceremony with Group Hypnotherapy “Anxiety Release” & Oracle Cards

This 2 hour session will include setting intentions, connecting with Mama Cacao enjoying the heart opening, warm drink.  This will be followed by a Group Hypnotherapy session.  In the run up to Christmas, it can be a particular busy and stressful time for many so I will be offering a group hypnotherapy session to release any anxiety, stress or tension in your body.  You will learn some useful techniques to discard these negative feelings should you need to after the session.  There will be Oracle Cards towards the end to receive a message from the Universe.

There will be Oracle Cards towards the end to receive a message from the Universe.

No previous knowledge of plant medicine is required, just an open mind and a gentle approach.
